"vaktavyaḥ" iti. vyākhyeya ityarthaḥ. tatredaṃ vyākhyānam()--"sipi dhāto rurvā" 8.2.74 ityato maṇḍūkaplutinyāyena vetyanuvatrtate, sā ca vyavasthitavibhāṣā, tena striyāṃ na bhaviṣyatīti.
"asūyake'pi" iti. asūyatītyasūyakaḥ. yo gurumasādhbyā pravṛttyā sāmarṣa karoti sa ucyate'sūyaka iti. "tasmin()" ityādinā pratiṣedha iṣyamāṇo'pi na vaktavya iti darśayati. yadā hrasāvabhivādayitā'sūyakatvena na nijrñāyate, tadā tenābhivādyo guruḥ pratyabhivādane tasya plutaṃ karotyeva. yadā tu "asūyako'yaṃ māṃ viheḍayitukāmaḥ" ityevaṃ vijñāto bhavati, tadātra pratyabhivādanā nāstyeveti kiṃ pratiṣedhena! kathaṃ punajrñāyate--tatrāsūyakatvena nijrñāte pratyabhivādo nāsti? ityāha--"tathā ca" ityādi. kenāpyavinītenopagamyāvidhinābhiprāyeṇābhivādaye'yaṃ bhoḥ sthālītyevamabhivādite gurustasyāsūyakatvamajñātvā sthāliñśabdo'yamasya saṃjñeti matvā pratyabhivādayan? plutaṃ prayuktavān()--"āyuṣmānedhi sthāli3n()" iti. atha so'vinīta uktavān()--naiṣa mama saṃjñā, mayā daṇḍinyāyo vivakṣitaḥ. tato guruḥ plutarahitaṃ pratyabhivādanaṃ kṛtavān()--"āyuṣmānedhi sthālinniti. punaḥ sa uktavān()--na na mayā daṇḍinyāyo vivakṣitaḥ, saṃjñā mamaiṣeti; atha sa gururasūyakatvamasya vijñāyonatavān()--"asūyakastvaṃ jālma, na tvaṃ pratyabhivādamarhasi, bhidyatvaṃ vṛṣala sthālin()" iti.
