paripūrṇaguṇena nyūnaguṇasya upamāne satyevaṃ prayujyate. jātīyaro 'nena dvirvacanena
bādhanaṃ neṣyate. paṭujātīyaḥ, mṛdujātīyaḥ ityapi hi bhavati. tat katham? vakṣyamāṇam

asaṃbhavaḥ. `mūlemūle pathi viṭapanā'mityatra tu vīpsāyāṃ dvirvacanam. etacca

nyāyasiddhaḥ. nyāyasiddha iti. yāvdbhiḥ śabdaiḥ saṃbodhyā'rthamavagacchati tāvatāṃ
prayoktavyatvāditi bhāvaḥ.
varmānātpunaḥ–punaḥśabdādbāve pratyayaḥ. loṭā saha samuccityeti. nanvatra loṭā saha
samuccitya yathā dvirvacanaṃ bhavati, tathā kriyāsamabhihāre yaṅi yaṅā saha samuccitya
dvirvacanaṃ syāt—pāpacyatepāpacyate bobhūyate bobhūyate iti. atrāhuḥ—loṭe
kriyāsamabhihāraṃ vyabhicarati, samuccaye'pi jāyamānatvāt. tatasca loṭ? dvirvacanayoreva
taddyotakatvaṃ, na tvekaikasyeti yuktaṃ loḍantasya dvirvacanam. yaṅ tu
kriyāsamabhihāraṃ na vyabhicaratīti dvirvacanaṃ vinaiva tasya dyotakatvam. tena tadantasya na
dvirvacanamiti.
kriyāvinimaya ityarthaḥ. dve iti. nityamevedaṃ dvitvam, bāhulakaṃ tu
samāsavadbhāvasyaiva.\r\nasamāsavadbhāve pūrvapadasthasya supaḥ survaktavyaḥ. supaḥ
survaktavya iti. atra kaiściduktaṃ –dvitīyādīnāmevedaṃ svādeśavidhānam.
ataevottaradale'pi dvitīyādaya eva na tu prathamā, tatrāpyekavacanameva , na tu
vacanāntaramiti. tadapāṇinīyam. bhāṣyādāvanuktatvāt. tadetaddhvanayan
vacanāntaramudāharati—–anyonyāvanyonyāniti. māgha iti. sa ca bhāṣyānuguṇa eveti
bhāvaḥ. etenā'rvācīnamataṃ kavayo'pi nādriyanta ityuktaṃ bhavati. bhāraviscāha—
`kṣitinabhaḥsuralokanivāsibhiḥ kṛtamiketamadṛṣṭaparasparai 'riti. atrā'dṛṣṭaḥ parasparo
yairiti vigrahaḥ. yadi tu dvitīyādīnāmeva svādeśavidhānaṃ na tu prathamāyāḥ, tahrrayaṃ
prayogo na sidhyediti dik.

"mūlemūle pathi viṭapanā"mityatra tu vīpsāyāṃ dvirvacanam. etacca haradattagranthe spaṣṭam.saṃbhrameṇa pravṛttau yatheṣṭamanekadhā prayogo nyāyasiddhaḥ. nyāyasiddha iti. yāvdbhiḥ śabdaiḥ saṃbodhyā'rthamavagacchati tāvatāṃ prayoktavyatvāditi bhāvaḥ.kriyāsamabhihāre ca. paunaḥpunya iti. punaḥpunarbhavitari varmānātpunaḥ--punaḥśabdādbāve pratyayaḥ. loṭā saha samuccityeti. nanvatra loṭā saha samuccitya yathā dvirvacanaṃ bhavati, tathā kriyāsamabhihāre yaṅi yaṅā saha samuccitya dvirvacanaṃ syāt---pāpacyatepāpacyate bobhūyate bobhūyate iti. atrāhuḥ---loṭe kriyāsamabhihāraṃ vyabhicarati, samuccaye'pi jāyamānatvāt. tatasca loṭ? dvirvacanayoreva taddyotakatvaṃ, na tvekaikasyeti yuktaṃ loḍantasya dvirvacanam. yaṅ tu kriyāsamabhihāraṃ na vyabhicaratīti dvirvacanaṃ vinaiva tasya dyotakatvam. tena tadantasya na dvirvacanamiti.karmavyatihāre sarvanāmno dve vācye. karmavyatihāra iti. kriyāvinimaya ityarthaḥ. dve iti. nityamevedaṃ dvitvam, bāhulakaṃ tu samāsavadbhāvasyaiva.asamāsavadbhāve pūrvapadasthasya supaḥ survaktavyaḥ. supaḥ survaktavya iti. atra kaiściduktaṃ --dvitīyādīnāmevedaṃ svādeśavidhānam. ataevottaradale'pi dvitīyādaya eva na tu prathamā, tatrāpyekavacanameva , na tu vacanāntaramiti. tadapāṇinīyam. bhāṣyādāvanuktatvāt. tadetaddhvanayan vacanāntaramudāharati-----anyonyāvanyonyāniti. māgha iti. sa ca bhāṣyānuguṇa eveti bhāvaḥ. etenā'rvācīnamataṃ kavayo'pi nādriyanta ityuktaṃ bhavati. bhāraviscāha---"kṣitinabhaḥsuralokanivāsibhiḥ kṛtamiketamadṛṣṭaparasparai "riti. atrā'dṛṣṭaḥ parasparo yairiti vigrahaḥ. yadi tu dvitīyādīnāmeva svādeśavidhānaṃ na tu prathamāyāḥ, tahrrayaṃ prayogo na sidhyediti dik.strīpuṃsakayoruttarapadasthāyā vibhakterāmbāvo vā vaktavyaḥ. anyonyamiti. na cā'tra āmabāve'pi ṭāp syāditi śaṅkyam. "bahulagrahaṇāṭṭābabhāvaḥ"ityanupadameva vakṣyamāṇatvāt. strīnapuṃsakayostṛtīyādiṣu puṃvaditi prāco granthaṃ pariṣkurvannāha---atra keciditi. vastusthitimāha---anye tviti. atiprasaṅgāditi. tathā ca ekaśeṣapratibandhāddvirvacanasyāpi vṛttitvamāśritya tadbalena puṃvadbhāvo na śṅkyo, lakṣyavirodhāt. "kārakaṃ cedvijānīyādyāṃ yāṃ manyeta sā bhave"diti"akathita"sūtrastha---"yāṃyā "miti bhāṣyaprayogavirodhācceti bhāvaḥ. navyāstu--"yāṃyā priyaḥ praikṣate"tyādimāgaprayoge "sāsā"iti dvirvacanamayuktam, dviruktārthasya setyanenaiva parāmarṣṭuṃ śakyatvāt. ataeva bhāṣye "yāṃyā manyetā sā bhave"dityevoktamityāhuḥ. sorluk ca prāpta iti. supaḥ svādeśavidhānasyā'nyonyaṃ parasparamityatra kevale caritārthatvāditi bhāvaḥ.
