kiti ca parataḥ, sa cet taddhito bhaviṣyatyarthe na bhavati. dve varṣe adhīṣṭo bhṛto bhūto
vā dvivārṣikaḥ. trivārṣikaḥ. abhaviṣyati iti kim? yasya traivarṣikaṃ dhānyaṃ
nihitaṃ bhṛtyavṛttaye, adhikaṃ vā api vidhyeta, sa somaṃ pātum arhati. trīṇi varṣāṇi
bhāvī iti traivarṣikam. adhīṣṭabhṛtayorabhaviṣyati iti pratiṣedho na bhavati. gamyate hi
