vṛddherna sthānivattvam. thali iḍabhāvapakṣe rūpamāha– iyetheti. thali dvitve
guṇe'bhyāsasyeyaṅ. athusi iyathuḥ. iyeti. thasya akārādeśe dvitve uttarakhaṇḍasya

guṇe ayādeśaḥ, anuprayogaśca. kuḍi vaikalya iti. vaikalyam aviveka ityāhuḥ.
apūrṇabhāvo vā. muḍa pruḍa mardana ityādi. spaṣṭam. paṭhadhātorliṭi atusādau kiti
etvābhyāsalopau. tadāha— peṭhaturiti. peṭhitheti. pittvena akittve'pi `thali ca
seṭī'tyettvābhyāsalaupau. apaṭhīt apāṭhīditi. `ato halāderlagho'riti vṛddhivikalpaḥ.
vaṭha sthaulya iti. sthaulyaṃ–sthūlībhavanam. `na

dantyaparakasāditvāt. ādya iti. tipṛdhāturityarthaḥ. bhāṣyādāvanudāttopadeśeṣvasya
pāṭhāditi bhāvaḥ. babhrāmeti. bhāṣyaviruddhatvāditi bhāvaḥ. ādyasyodāharati– tepata iti.
