"saskṛtaṃ bhakṣāḥ" ityaṇ. "dvigorluganapatye" iti luk. āttvaṃ. savarṇadīrghaḥ.gavi ca yukte. vārtikamidam. tatsūcayitumāha--vaktavyamityartha iti. aṣṭāgavaṃ śakaṭamiti. aṣṭau gāvo yasyeti bahuvrīhiḥ. āttvaṃ, savarṇadīrghaḥ. aṣṭabhirgobhiryuktamityarthaḥ. nanu "gorataddhitalukī"ti ṭajvidhestatpuruṣamātraviṣayatvādaṣṭāgavimiti kathamityata āha--acpratyayanvavetyatreti. tatpuruṣatve'ṣṭagavaśabdaṣṭajanta evetyāha--aṣṭānāmiti. tathā ca samāhāradvigostatpuruṣatvā "gorataddhitalukī"ti ṭacsulabha ityarthaḥ. nanvaṣṭānāṃ gavāṃ samāhāra ityarthe śakaṭe kathamanvayaḥ, yuktārthavṛttitvā'bhāvāt, kataṃ vā āttvamitya āha--tadyuktatvāditi. samāhādligurūpatatpuruṣāṭṭaci vyutpannasya aṣṭagavaśabdasya lakṣaṇayā aṣṭabhirgobhiryukte vartamānasya āttvamityarthaḥ.
