Description:

The affix 'ṇamul' comes after the causative of the root 'knûy' (to wet), when there is compounded with it a noun denoting 'clothing', in the accusative case, as an upapada, if the whole word so formed exjjresâes a measure of the rain-fall. Source: Aṣṭādhyāyī 2.0
