Description:
The affix ((yaṅ)) when it is intended to convey the sense of contempt ((garhā)) in respect of the sense of the root ((XXXāca)) comes always after the following roots, viz: ((lup)) to cut off, ((sad)) 'to sit', ((car)) 'to walk', ((jap)) to mutter silently any sacred formula', ((jabh)) gape or yawn', ((dah)) 'to burn', ((daś)) 'to bite' and ((g])) 'to swallow'.
