"avyayādāpo lugvacanānarthakyaṃ liṅgā'bhāvā"diti vārtikaṃ manasi nidhāyāha--abgrahaṇaṃ vyarthamiti. sūtrasyoktisaṃbhavastu "striyā"miti sūtre strīsamānādhikaraṇāditi pakṣaṃ gṛhītveti bodhyaḥ. sa ca na sthitaḥ, "bhūtamiyaṃ brāāhṛṇī"tyādāvativyāpteḥ. yadi tu "āmaḥ"iti sūtrānantaraṃ "supo dhātuprātipadikayopavyayā"diti sūtryate tadā subgrahamamapi vyarthaṃ, "sup" ityanuvṛttisaṃbhavāditi navyāḥ. aliṅgatve ātharvaṇapraṇavavidyāgataśrutivirodhamāśaṅkyāha--sadṛśamiti. eteṣu yanna vyeti kiṃtu sadṛśam ekaprakāraṃ tadavyayamiti yojanā. yadvā--yasmānna vyeti tasmāttadavyayam. liṅgakāraketi. vibhaktivacanaśabdau kārakasaṅkhyāparāviti bhāvaḥ. yadyapyavyayībhāvasya liṅgasaṅkhyākārakayogo'sti tathāpi vacanādavyayatvem. avyayaviśeṣe kāryāntaramāha--vaṣṭīti. bhāduriḥ ācāryaḥ. āpaṃ caiveti. "vaṣṭī tyanuṣajyate. yathā vāceti. parigaṇanamidamityeke. anye tūdāharaṇamātramityāhuḥ. vagāha iti. apinā sāhacaryādādirevā'kāro lupyate nāntya iti bhāvaḥ.iti tattvabodhinyām avyayaprakaraṇam॥
