ayacpravṛttāvapi ubhaśabdādvihito yastas tadantamastyeveti yathāśrutaṃ sādhu iti tu
manoramāyāṃ sthitam. dhigiti. dhik?śabdayoge'pi dvitīyā kāryetyarthaḥ. atra

ubhasarvayorgaṇe parasparasāhacaryāttasileva gṛhrate, na tvādyādibhya iti tasiḥ. tathā
cobhayata ityādau `taseśce'tyanena tasilādeśo'vagantavyastena yatra sañjñāyāṃ tasesta
silādeśā'bhāvastatra na dvitīyā, kintu ṣaṣṭha\ufffdeva. tasilabhāvastu `taseśce'tyatra
`kiṃsarvanāmabahubhyaḥ'ityanuvartanāditi. dhik kṛṣṇābhaktamiti. tasya
nindyatetyarthaḥ. ṣaṣṭha\ufffdrthe dvitīyā. sa nindya ityarthaḥ. prathamārthe
dvitīyetyeke. kathaṃ dhih sūrkheti?. sambodhanapadasya kriyamanvaya iti prāgevoktatayā

kriyāpadaṃ ca kvacicchrutaṃ kvacidākṣiptam. tathā ca dhiṅ mūrka
niṣiddhācaraṇamidamityetadiha kalpyam. mūrkhasambodhyakaniṣiddhācaraṇasya nindyateti tu
vākyārthaḥ. `prathamārthe dhigyode dvitīye'ti vādināṃ tu mūrkhasambodhyakaṃ
niṣiddhācaramaṃ nindyamiti vākyārthaḥ. yattu `upapadavibhakteḥ kārakavibhaktirbalīyasī'ti
sambodhane prathamaiva bhavati, sambodhanapadasya kartṛkārakavācitvādityāhuḥ. taccintyam.
sambodhanasya kartṛkārakatve uktisambhavā'bhāvāt. na ca `deva prasīde'tyādau vastugatyā
deva eva kartetyastyevoktisambhava iti vācyam, vāstavakartṛtve'pi
kārakavibhaktitvasyā'lābhāt. kiñca `deva tvāṃ bhaje, tvāṃ bhajanti bhaktā'ityādau
sambodhyadevasya vāstavamapi kartṛtvaṃ nāstīti āstāṃ tāvat. uparyuparīti. kathaṃ
tarhi `uparyuparibuddhīnāṃ carantīsvarabuddhyaḥ'iti?. atrāhuḥ–
uparibuddhīnām=uttānabuddhīnāmupari carantītyarthaḥ. tenā''trāmreḍitatvā'bhāvānna
dvitīyā. yadvā–pratipadoktasya `uparyadhyadhasaḥ sāmīpye'iti kṛtadvitvasya

"prathamārthe dhigyode dvitīye"ti vādināṃ tu mūrkhasambodhyakaṃ niṣiddhācaramaṃ nindyamiti vākyārthaḥ. yattu "upapadavibhakteḥ kārakavibhaktirbalīyasī"ti sambodhane prathamaiva bhavati, sambodhanapadasya kartṛkārakavācitvādityāhuḥ. taccintyam. sambodhanasya kartṛkārakatve uktisambhavā'bhāvāt. na ca "deva prasīde"tyādau vastugatyā deva eva kartetyastyevoktisambhava iti vācyam, vāstavakartṛtve'pi kārakavibhaktitvasyā'lābhāt. kiñca "deva tvāṃ bhaje, tvāṃ bhajanti bhaktā"ityādau sambodhyadevasya vāstavamapi kartṛtvaṃ nāstīti āstāṃ tāvat. uparyuparīti. kathaṃ tarhi "uparyuparibuddhīnāṃ carantīsvarabuddhyaḥ"iti(). atrāhuḥ--uparibuddhīnāmuttānabuddhīnāmupari carantītyarthaḥ. tenā''trāmreḍitatvā'bhāvānna dvitīyā. yadvā--pratipadoktasya "uparyadhyadhasaḥ sāmīpye"iti kṛtadvitvasya vārtike grahaṇādiha ca vīpsādvirvacanatvānnāsti dvitīyāprasaktiriti.abhitaḥ paritaḥ samayānikaṣāhāpratiyoge'pi. abhitaḥ paritaiti. etacca "anyatrāpi dṛśyata" iti pūrvoktasyaiva prapañcabhūṃtamiti vyācakhyuḥ. laṅkāṃ nikaṣā haniṣyatī"ti māghaḥ. "ha"ti khede, tadetadāha--tasya śocyateti. bubhukṣitamiti. bubhukṣitasyetyarthaḥ. eṣa pratiśabdaḥ kriyāviśeṣakatvādupasargaḥ, na tu karmapravacanīyaḥ. tenā'tra "karmapravacanīyayukte---" ityanena gatārthatā na śaṅkyā.
