lomaśya लोमश्य
Definition: the utterance of an aspirate letter rather harshly, with a stress on it, when that utterance is looked upon as a fault; cf. ऊष्मणां घोषाणां लोमश्यमसौकुमार्ये श्र्वेडनम् अधिको वर्णस्य ध्वनिः Uvvața on R. Pr. XIV.6.
