niyamaiḥ yuktaḥ।

saniyamaṃ lekhanaṃ manorañjakaṃ syāt eva iti nāsti।

bhāratīyapraśāsanikasevā   

bhāratasarvakārasya kāryapālikāyāḥ śākhāyāḥ praśāsanīyā sevā।

bhāratīyapraśāsanikasevāyāḥ parīkṣāyām alpīyāḥ janāḥ uttīrṇāḥ bhavanti।
