खेलनम् 1 Shaking, quivering motion (of the eyes); कापि विलासविलोलविलोचनखेलनजनितमनोजम् Gīt.1.4. -2 Play, pastime. -3 A performance. -नी A piece or man at chess &c.

occurs in one passage of the Rigveda, where Pischel considers that a god, Vivasvant, is meant, and that races were run in his honour, explaining thus the phrase ājā khelasya, as ‘in the race of Khela.’ Roth thinks that a man is meant, and Sieg, following Sāyana, sees in him a king whose Purohita was Agastya. To replace an individual character use ? for example śakt?m will give all words that have something in place of the ?. By default our search system looks for words “containing” the search keyword. To do an exact match use “” example “śaktimat” will search for this exact phrase.
