Like the verb that takes the affix âm, if the verb be conjugated with the Atmanepada terminations, so of the verb kṛi when subjoined thereto as an auxiliary, the terminations are of the Atmanepada, even when the fruit of the action does not accrue to the agent. Source: Aṣṭādhyāyī 2.0
