Seems, in the phrase Ukṣṇo Randhra occurring in One passage of the Rigveda, to be the name of a place, but the sense is very doubtful. In the Pañcaviinśa Brāhmaṇa (xiii. 9, 13) Ukṣηo randhra is the name of a man.
